In order for us to process your order you must fax or email a copy of the front of your credit card (we suggest blacking out all numbers except for the last 4 digits on the credit card) to sales@VivianKate.com or fax to 419-475-2342. Be sure to include your order number on all documents. Once we receive these items we will be able to process your order. If we do not receive this information within 72 hours your order will be cancelled. Once you are a verified customer you will not need to send us the information again.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If we contact you for additional information and do not get a response within 48 hours we will ship the merchandise to the "bill-to" address.
