If a minor makes a purchase with their parents' credit card without authorization, VivianKate.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. If a family member makes a purchase without the credit card holder's authorization, VivianKate.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. The cardholder will have to dispute the charge with their credit card company or with the family member who placed the order, and take any necessary precautions so that this will not happen.   Return/Exchange Policy

  All Sale items purchased on VivianKate.com are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Merchandise may not be returned if worn or washed. Vivian Kate will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date listed on the front of this receipt. Vivian Kate items sell quickly, so contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges. VivianKate.com is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returns

1. Contact us to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. RA# must be written clearly on the outside of shipping box.
3. Please return item(s) to Vivian Kate with your preferred method of shipping. You are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs.
4. All returns/exchanges must have an RA# issued by our VivianKate.com Customer Service Team. Please contact us at 419.872.5070 or email us at sales@VivianKate.com.
5.Any returns without an RA# will be returned without refund.

Exchanges

1.Contact Vivian Kate Customer Service to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and to select the item(s) you would like in exchange.
2.You will be charged for the new item(s). When we receive the returned item(s), we will issue you a refund.
3.If an item is not available for exchange, we will issue you a refund for the returned item(s).

International Returns/Exchanges

Please contact Vivian Kate Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and then return the item(s) using any shipping method available. We recommend you use a method that can be insured and tracked. Vivian Kate is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Vivian Kate will not assume responsibility for any additional international shipping fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
